We purchased 40 games, related equipment, and a RedemptionMaster System from Alpha-Omega Sales and revenue share 9 additional games with them that we have the option to purchase at any time.  We are very pleased with our association and look forward to a long-time relationship.

They have superb technical support and give answers that are helpful and clear.  This makes troubleshooting a problem much easier. I met Frank Seninsky several years ago at a Foundations Seminar. We established a good relationship and exchange of in-depth industry information; he on arcade and I on Laser Tag. When my project finally came to fruition Frank was the obvious professional of choice for my redemption arcade purchase and install. I knew that his expertise was first class but, as time went on, I realized the secret to his success and that is his support staff. Whenever we called for information, service or parts the staff always made us southern boys feel at home.

My experience with Alpha-Omega has been nothing but exceptional.  From my decision to hire Frank to consult with my new FEC to the ongoing support from the Parts and Service personnel, I would not feel as comfortable or confident in my business as I do without knowing that Alpha-Omega is in my corner. 

The consulting is phenomenal and Frank and his team are straight shooters and always tell you the truth (even when it is hard to hear) rather than others that just tell you what you want to hear.  The ongoing support is beyond my expectations and I feel like I have a partnership with this business.  The parts and service department has always been there to answer any questions when games stop working and get parts out in a timely manner.  When our ticket eaters broke and we couldn’t get ahold of any other parts or service department, Alpha Omega overnighted us a temporary ticket eater to use to get us through the busy weekend without hand-counting thousands of tickets.
