From my decision to hire Frank to consult with my new FEC to the ongoing support from the Parts and Service personnel, I would not feel as comfortable or confident in my business as I do without knowing that Alpha-Omega is in my corner.
The consulting is phenomenal and Frank and his team are straight shooters and always tell you the truth (even when it is hard to hear) rather than others that just tell you what you want to hear. The ongoing support is beyond my expectations and I feel like I have a partnership with this business. The parts and service department has always been there to answer any questions when games stop working and get parts out in a timely manner. When our ticket eaters broke and we couldn’t get ahold of any other parts or service department, Alpha Omega overnighted us a temporary ticket eater to use to get us through the busy weekend without hand-counting thousands of tickets.
I can’t even count how many times we would have been up a creek without a paddle without Alpha-Omega in our corner. I would highly recommend them to anyone and it would be my pleasure to share my experience to anyone who is considering doing business with Alpha-Omega. Anyone considering Alpha-Omega as a business partner can feel free to call me anytime and I would be happy to share my experiences with them.“
